Q) What styles do you currently carry?
A) The styles we currently carry are: Unisex T-Shirts, Men's Hooded Sweatshirts, Men's Long Sleeve Shirts, Men's Raglans, Men's Tank Tops, Ladies Cut Baby doll Shirts, Ladies Half Sleeved Raglans, Ladies Cap Sleeve Raglans, Ladies Spaghetti Strap Shirts, and Ladies Tank Tops.
Q) What color shirts do you carry?
A) The shirt colors we currently carry are: White, Black, Ash, Sports Grey, Red, Pink, Gold, Daisy, Chocolate, Royal Blue, Light Blue, Navy Blue, Forest Green, Kelly Green, Sand, Dust, White and Black Ringers, White and Red Ringers, and White and Royal Ringers.
Note: Not all styles are available in these colors.
Q) What sizes do you carry?

Q) Are the shirts preshrunk?
A) Yes.
Q) How long does your prints last?
A) Our prints last as long as the shirt itself does under normal circumstances.
Q) What method of printing do you use to print your shirts?
A) We use Direct to Garment printing.
We do not use Iron on transfers or any other method.

Q) What shipping method do you use?
A) We currently use United States Postal Service, United Postal Service (UPS), and DHL for our shipments.
Q) Do you ship worldwide?
A) Yes.
Q) Do you offer express shipping?
A) Yes.

Q) What type of programs do you offer?
A) We currently offer a program for Retailers and Wholesalers.
We also have a special program for artists.
Q) I don't have a logo. Will you create one for me?
A) Yes, we can create a logo for you.
Q) Is there an extra fee for my logo creation?
A) Yes. Our logo creation fee is $99.99.
Q) If I purchase the logo creation what will I receive?
A) You will receive 3 digital logos that you can choose from.
You can also download these from our website for free.
Q) Do you have any setup fees?
A) No. We do however, charge a screen charge for each design or color.
Q) How much is your screen charge?
A) $17.99 Each.
Q) Do you have a minimum order?
A) If you are ordering Custom shirts we do not have any minimum order requirements.
If you are ordering wholesale products we require a minimum of 2 dozen (24) shirts for each order.
Q) What is your average turn around time?
A) 10 Business Days.
Q) Do you offer express orders?
A) Yes. Express orders can be filled within 3-5 Business days.
Q) What is the express order fee?
A) Our express order fee is 25% more of original total.
Q) Do you accept refund returns?
A) No. We monitor each and every shirt that leaves to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Q) Do you have a rewards program for return customers?
A) Yes. Our return customers receive a loyalty discount on future Custom Orders.
Q) How much of a discount do you offer for return customers?
A) We offer a 25% discount to our return customers.
Q) What programs do you offer for retailers and wholesalers?
A) We offer our services at wholesale prices.
We also have tools within our website for these members.
Q) What programs do you offer for Artists?
A) We offer our artists a very generous 10% royalty off each and every sale there art makes.
We also have tools on our website that allows the artist to see what has sold and when.
This helps them to know what the market will bring for them.
This also allows them to set goals.
Q) What are the different user account levels?
A) Our accounts are as follows: Guest, Return Customer, Retailer / Wholesaler, and Artist.
Each with there own tools and sections on our website.
